SERVER RACK MANIFOLD UNIFORM
Leakproof performance is achieved through fittings reinforced with additive manufacturing. This design removes the need for sealing elements and O-rings. With fewer components that can fail, this system is significantly more reliable.
The manifold’s unique design delivers a more uniform flow distribution, resulting in more consistent cold-plate performance throughout the rack. For GPUs to operate with maximum reliability, cooling power must stay as close to the specified level as possible. Any uneven cooling caused by manifold design limitations can reduce GPU performance by starving certain cold plates of adequate cooling. This uneven flow becomes even more pronounced at higher flow rates, making it a critical issue for high-performance GPUs.
